Shipping policy

Delivery area and cost
We deliver to the United Kingdom and the United States. Standard tracked delivery is free to both, with no minimum order value

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of being placed.

Delivery time
United Kingdom: usually 6 to 9 business days after dispatch. United States: usually 6 to 12 business days after dispatch.

Orders are dispatched by our sourcing and fulfilment partner, using tracked international delivery. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates. If processing or delivery is delayed, we will contact you with an update. Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, orders should be delivered within 30 days.

No customs or import fees
Every order is sent duty and tax paid (DDP). You won't be asked to pay VAT, customs duty, tariffs or a handling fee when your parcel arrivesin the UK or the US. The price at checkout is the total you pay.

Ordering as a gift?
If you need it by a certain date, such as Christmas, please allow the full delivery window. We'll post the last recommended order dates on the site ahead of key holidays.

Tracking
We email tracking information once it is available. Tracking can take a day or two to show its first scan. You can also check your order on our Track your order page.

Delivery problems
If your order has not arrived, tracking shows a problem, or your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@danbisleep.com with your order number.

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate to receive them, subject to applicable law.

Address changes
Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting. We'll try to update it, but changes may not be possible after dispatch.
