Refund policy

30-night sleep trial

Sleep with your Danbi Sleep mask for up to 30 nights. If it isn't right for you, email hello@danbisleep.com with your order number within 30 nights of delivery and we'll refund the price you paid for the mask in full.

You don't need to send it back. Because sleep masks are worn close to the face, we can't resell a used one, so you can keep it, pass it on or recycle it.

The sleep trial applies once per customer and household. If you bought the 2-mask set, the trial covers the set as a whole. We may decline trial refunds where we see repeated or fraudulent claims. This trial is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.

US orders

If you’re in the United States, the 30-night sleep trial is our returns policy. Email us within 30 nights of delivery and we’ll refund the price you paid in full, in US dollars, to your original payment method. You don’t need to send anything back. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered as set out below.

Your UK cancellation rights

You can also cancel an online purchase without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after delivery. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. Where permitted by law, we may deduct an amount for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In most cases our sleep trial is the simpler route, as it needs no return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Email hello@danbisleep.com with your order number and details of the problem. Photos help us sort it quickly but are not a condition of your statutory rights. We will arrange a refund, replacement or other remedy in line with your consumer rights. If we need the item back, we cover reasonable return costs; please contact us before posting anything.

Refunds

Sleep trial refunds are made within 5 working days of your request being approved. For statutory cancellations, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier, including any standard delivery charge paid.

Refunds go to your original payment method unless agreed otherwise. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.
